 Hello,

 I'm new to Pidgin, so I'm not sure about troubleshooting this program. I
 have used Trillian, and know about troubleshooting on that one. I can't
 get yahoo to connect either.

 I've tried:
 closing re-opening.
 reinstalling.
 mofified account information.
 disableing and re enableing the account.
 changed the pager ports.

 But I just get connection refused.

 Also, on a seperate note: is there anyway to set pidgin to just notify
 when there's an increase in emails, and not when there's a DECREASE in
 emails. In other words, I don't need pidgin to get excited when I read an
 email and is therefore no longer new.
