Comment:

 it was the way how i generated the list, i gave him the addresses of
 static PurpleKeyValuePair variables. not very portability friendly as it
 seems.

 with the method from silc.c it works. i searched for a plugin using
 purple_account_option_list_new() before, but grep didn't found anything
 because i somehow messed up the file access rights.

 i think this can now be closed
