#8935: Unify smilies among protocols
------------------------------+---------------------------------------------
 Reporter: Afief | Owner: salinasv
     Type: enhancement | Status: new
Component: custom emoticons | Version: 2.5.5
 Keywords: unification |
------------------------------+---------------------------------------------
Usecase: I'm chatting with two friends on MSN and XMPP, I use the MSN
smiley X a lot, so I tend to type it in the XMPP conversation as well, but
the smiley is not defined there.

Expected result: Both protocols support custom smilies therefore it should
be possible to send whatever is not defined in one protocol as a custom
 smiley.

Logic: The protocol icons were removed because users shouldn't care which
client/protocol they are talking on as long as it is the same buddy. By
the same reasoning a user shouldn't have to check which protocol he/she is
on to know which smileys he/she can use.
