 Please follow [wiki:TipsForBugReports the instructions] to get a debug log
 and attach it to this ticket.[[BR]]I am unable to recreate this.

 Do you ever successfully get the explorer window with the logs directory
 displayed?

 Does the debug log say anything when this happens?

 Please get a debug log from when Pidgin is starting up (so that I can see
 the full path to your `.purple` directory).
