Comment:

 There are two plugins for this on the [ThirdPartyPlugins#Accountsandlogs
 Third Party Plugins] page, however they both use external services (which
 is something of a necessity for a feature like this). You have to decide
 if you trust the way those services handle themselves. Otherwise you are
 going to need to come up with some other way to handle this, like by
 encrypting all logs before sending them to be stored or some such (and
 possibly writing your own plugin).

 I'm going to mark this as wontfix because we have no plans of doing this
 ourselves (other than by potentially making it easier with the
 RemoteLogging work that still needs to be finished and merged) and plugins
 that do it (at least somewhat) already exist.
