 I'm sorry guys, but regardless of ticket #7167, it is unclear that you can
 have yourself added to the cc list on a ticket without writing SOMETHING
 in the comment box.
 As deryni said, perhaps a good way to resolve this problem is to default
 the "Cc me to this ticket:" radio buttons to "No", and change the text
 "You are permanently added to the cc list because you commented on the
 ticket." to "No comment is necessary if you only wish to be CCed to the
 ticket and have indicated that using the buttons to the left."
