 For instance, in Yahoo if you want to Buzz someone you type in
 "/buzz".  Having the ability to place special IRC type commands into a
 menu would be a nice feature for pidgin.

 EXAMPLE:

 Conversation Window --> Conversation Menu --> More >> Shortcut Commands >>
 Protocol Name (ex. Yahoo) >> Buzz (user-entered shortcut description which
 is associated with the user-entered command "/buzz").

 The Protocol Name would be listed in the Shortcut Commands menu so that
 commands could be associated with active Protocols that the user is
 currently using for chats.  Unused protocols would not be listed in this
 menu.
