Comment:

 Doesn't correct itself when changing placement and also occurs with
 Raleigh theme.

 I can confirm this for Linux/Ubuntu now as well.

 You can replicate it by temporarily renaming two users to eg. "MaSc" and
 "MaHa". When opening both tabs with placement left/right the inactive tab
 caption is always truncated.
