 I agree our icon may not best symbolize embarrasment, but the issue is
 what the official AIM client uses for this smiley (clearly :-[) and what
 icon they use. What iChat uses is somewhat relevant as well.

 Can you get screenshots from AIM and iChat?

 However, the real issue here is that this is exactly the problem with
 graphical smileys (and smileys in general though less so) they are subject
 to too much interpretation to be used to meaningfully convey anything
 beyond the most basic of emotions.

 One last note. AIM seems to think a 'frown' is embarrased:
 http://www.aim.com/emoticons.adp so perhaps our icon should be changed to
 reflect that (maybe).
