 Hi,

 It seems that the link (http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/GetABacktrace) is
 for linux users. As I stated in my first post, I am using WinXP.

 Can you please let me know how to do backtrace in WinXP?

 ps. Please note that I have attached a DEBUG LOG to my first post.
