 Note that I wasn't suggesting we remove the ability for people to use GG
 chats, just that we make them work the way MSN chats do (as they seem to
 be designed the same strange way). That is they cannot be joined via
 Buddies->Join a Chat, they cannot be added to the buddy list via
 Buddies->Add Chat, and they can only be joined by right-clicking a buddy
 in the buddy list and selecting Initiate Chat (for MSN) and whatever
 similar term would be appropriate for GG.
