 Sadrul, I see we have the `--with-ncurses-headers=DIR` configure argument;
 should we have a `--with-ncurses-libs=DIR` to avoid needing `$LDFLAGS` set
 just for ncurses?  I don't see a way to really work around
 `$LD_LIBRARY_PATH` except setting it in .profile or similar, which is
 technically the correct way to do so.
