 Pidgin showed empty channel for irc. When someone joined channel it added
 him promplty.

 On pic 1 is "empty" chan (#pidgin)
 Pic 2 is #pidgin after someone joined it

 /names #pidgin solved the problem.

 This happens on 2.5.8 pidgin portable, so might not be correct place. I'm
 not sure how (or if) to reproduce bug.
