 If you forgot, like I've done when I get busy, to connect online, the
 notice of waiting for network is shown in pidgin, which of course is what
 it should say.  However, once connected, pidgin will continue to sit there
 with the notice and will never attempt connection retry.  The only way
 around it is to exit and reload the program.
