 Version milestones indicate the version in which things have been fixed,
 not which versions we would like them fixed in.

 Can we get a wireshark dump of the network traffic from when the official
 ICQ client gets an SMS failure message? Does the pidgin Help->Debug Window
 say anything about getting a message it doesn't know how to handle (or
 just say anything at all) when an SMS message fails to be sent?
