Comment:

 Yes.

 I've been told that there's nothing Pidgin can do to override the DLL
 picked and PHP's aspell-15.dll is binary-incompatible with what pidgin
 expects (PHP has corrected this in newer released by, I believe, renaming
 their DLL).
