Comment:

 This appears to still be an issue in 2.5.8, at least on the saving end of
 things (I did not check if the font is not correctly loaded/used).

 If using the name + style doesn't work for loading the correct font later
 (I hope it would since you need to be able to load a specific style as
 well as a specific font) then this should be corrected and is in fact our
 bug. Apparently GTK+ only supports getting a complete font string (name +
 style + size) from the font selection dialog and our code searches for and
 strips a trailing size but does nothing for style names.
