New description:

 I got a server message from MySpaceIM saying some thing about "error" and
 "reset" IIRC and now one group is always shown, because it thinks a buddy
 is online, but when I click on the group there is nobody. Reconnecting to
 MySpaceIM didn't help either.

 I am running Pidgin 2.5.8 on Windows XP x64.
