 Thanks to #9887 we discovered msim has added a new bm for status moods. We
 need to figure out 1. if these are something pidgin wants to support. and
 2. if so, by want means (ie. Simple status text append, add a new presence
 type, etc.). More research has yet to be done on how the official client
 handles these messages.
