Comment:

 Either of the anti-spim plugins from the ThirdPartyPlugins page should
 block messages from AOL System Msg I believe, we use Plugin Suggested
 regardless of whether we intend to distribute it as far as I know, and
 yeah given the SoC privacy work I'm not sure this will matter going
 forward.
