Comment:

 I have no idea why ctrl-tab acts the way it does in that dialog, but even
 if it were to act normally it likely wouldn't switch pages (as I believe
 that's specifically a conversation window thing for us) and would likely
 just act like tab does. So yeah, I think we can close this.
