 Not to mention that constantly sending presence probes sort of defeats the
 entire purpose of invisibility in that everyone knows you are there.

 A patch implementing [http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0186.html xep-0186]
 would be interesting and would at least be on the right path for being
 acceptable. Very little else will be.
