Comment:

 The pidgin buddy list position before expand is right below. After desktop
 expand, the window will be at the same position, but if you put the buddy
 list into the tray before and then expand the desktop and bring the window
 back from tray, the position will be horizontal the same as before, but
 vertically its moved up. The upper part of the buddy list is then partly
 out of the desktop here.

 Its the same for chat windows. If the chat windows before desktop expand
 is closed, it will be moved vertical when it opens again.

 It seems to be important in which direction you expand your desktop. If I
 make it below the first one then the window position seems correct. But if
 I make the second desktop in the right top corner, the pidgin window
 position is wrong.

 StarDicts window position is the center of the screen and stays there also
 after hidden in tray and desktop expand. But I observed, that the window
 sometimes shows up from the tray very shortly when expanding the desktop.
 Maybe thats the reason for its right position afterwards.

 All the windows should be and stay on the first desktop.
