Comment:

 The theme file is broken, the space in "*THUMBS UP*" needs to be escaped
 "*THUMBS\ UP*". With the current theme file pidgin thinks there are two
 smileys "*THUMBS" and "UP*". See the default smiley theme that ships with
 pidgin as an example, it has a correct thumbs up smiley entry for ICQ.
