 In corporate settings the service should be better configured so as not to
 force irrelevant users on people. If that's not possible or not desirable
 (from the perspective of the people running the service) then the groups
 should at least be usefully broken up so that collapsing the groups is at
 least a usable workaround.

 Additionally, once the NO_DISPLAY flag part of the patch from #5876 is
 accepted (which is something I intend to do) that a plugin could do this.
