 I have Pidgin working with Windows Messenger however I can't get it
 working with Google chat.  I have read through several tickets following
 the advice, even changing the standard gmail.com to googlemail.com, it
 appears to sit and try to connect for a while then stop.

 This is being run on Pidgin 2.5.8 on an EEE PC 901 running ubuntu 9.04
 Jaunty jackalope.

 I have attached the debug file.
