#9960: Pdigin's Trac system does not refresh properly pages cached by a proxy

I am not sure if this is a general issue with Trac, or with the webserver
configuration together with Trac by the Pidgin development team.

I am behind a standard proxy server setup.
Linux server, Squid proxy server and surf with Firefox.

When I submit a comment on a ticket, after the POST operation, the browser
takes me back to the ticket's page. However, the page is not refreshed
properly (HTTP headers problem?) and I receive the page from the proxy's
cache. I know this because the comment I just added is not displayed.
In order to see my comment, I have to force a page reload with the
 "Reload" button.

This does not happen if I am not using a proxy.
