 Usually this clears up on its own. I have no idea why accounts lock up for
 a few users once in a while.
 Take a look at #9674.

 You can do the following and let me know, when Pidgin says your account is
 locked, try to login using the official client, see if that works or gives
 the same or some other error.

 Please report whatever you observe.
