 Using a Yahoo account and Privacy settings set to "Allow only users on my
 buddy list" or "Allow only users listed below" and unblocking individual
 buddies, will not work with MSN contacts (ie: msn/user at hotmail.com).  It
 will allow for you to IM them, but it will drop their IM to you.

 Problem is that the Privacy list uses "msn/user at hotmail.com" instead of
 "user at hotmail.com" which pidgin seems to expect as the actual contact
 address for blocking/unblocking purposes.  Manually adding the contact
 name without the "msn/" prefix to the allow list is the workaround.
 Recommend that be done automatically so that "Allow only users on my buddy
 list" will work.
