Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #9976.[[BR]]I still believe there's no reason to
 prompt for this, as I consider an expired certificate to be (almost, not
 quite) the same as as a revoked certificate or one with an invalid
 certificate chain of trust.

 However, I will see what I can do about making it prompt (it's going to do
 something annoying like prompt every time you connect to that account,
 though).
