Comment:

 I was having this problem with one of my machines and I just discovered
 (and fixed it) by properly installing Farsight2. It seemed before it had
 been using a mixture of versions 0.0.12 and 0.0.14. Both were in my
 library path. Removing the older version and reinstalling the newer
 version to the right place fixed it for me.

 Let me know if this works. I'd also like to know specifically what your
 situation was and you did, if you fix it. Thanks :)
