 When the new unified Buddy Pounce notification window (#190) appears
 (wonderful feature, btw), the first pounce in the list is highlighted.
 After dismissing this first pounce, you have to manually select the next
 pounce in order to do anything with it.

 This means that to dismiss multiple pounces, you have to select each
 pounce individually before clicking "Dismiss."  This process takes twice
 as many clicks as it seems it should.  Ideally, after clicking the
 "Dismiss" button, the next pounce in line should be selected.

 It would also be nice to be able to select more than one pounce and
 dismiss all of the selected pounces at once, but that probably belongs in
 a different ticket as an enhancement.
