Comment:

 The plugin is Pidgin-specific. It might be possible to carbon-copy it and
 replace "gtk" with "gnt", but I haven't tried it (it could also be
 possible to use two plugins, one UI-agnostic and one UI and use the plugin
 IPC to communicate between them.
