 I've added the debug log.  Since it ends with "Received Network Change
 Notification" and then doesn't perform an attempt to reconnect, I assume
 that the scenario is:
  - pc wakes up, no network connection yet
  - wireless network connects, but still has to received DHCP information
  - pidgin tries to connect, but since there are no DNS servers known yet,
 it fails
  - wireless network receives DHCP information and windos triggers a
 "Network Change Notification"
  - pidgin receives that notification, but thinks there is no real change,
 since it already had that network in its list (i.e. it doesn't realize
 major things might have changed to it)

 Of course, this is all just guess-work from my part.  I hope the log tells
 you what is happening ...  At the end I've also included a manual OFF/ON
 toggle of the account, which is giving a working connection again.  The
 different manual actions are clearly listed in the log.
