 I get this message when trying to connect to ICQ:
 Unable to sign on as "MyICQNumber"
  because the username is invalid.  Usernames must be a valid email
 address, or start with a letter and contain only letters, numbers and
 spaces, or contain only numbers.

 It contains only numbers and I am sure it works because I use it with
 pidgin 2.5.5 on ubuntu from the same pc.
 The other accounts (MSN, Jabber, Gmail) are working.

 I tried also to associate the ICQ number to an email address, but when I
 try to use it I get username does not exist.

 Another strange thing I noticed is that the account has the AIM symbol
 instead of the ICQ one (green flower).
