 it's ok in gstreamer-properties and cheese. But pidgin prints in console
 following error and doesn't show any picture:

 tested on (installed from PPA):
  * Kubuntu 9.04 kernel: 2.6.28-15-generic
  * Ubuntu NBR 9.04 kernel: 2.6.28-15-generic
