 Updated to reflect actual previous Windows version, 2.5.9.

 The attached debug log file follows the following process:
 1) Pidgin loaded, no accounts enabled. Network interface is up.
 2) XMPP/Google account enabled.
 3) Network interface is powered off.
 4) Network interface is powered on. Wait to allow reconnection attempts.
 If other accounts using different protocols were enabled, they would
 reconnect at this step.
 5) XMPP/Google account disabled.
 6) XMPP/Google account re-enabled. Account connects now.
