 I was unable to find how to start Pidgin on Windows startup in the Pidgin
 online help, or open tickets (searched for 'startup' and 'windows
 startup').  Finally found the answer on Yahoo Answers that this feature is
 set through a plug-in -- this is a fundamental feature that should be
 documented in Pidgin's docs.
