 I do not have any "gstreamer-properties".
 I've installed gnome-media, gstreamer-properties is a part of this
 package, and I've made some tests.
 Audio seems to be OK, but all input and output video tests return the
 error : "can't open the ressource in write mode".

 NB : I do not have any webcam on the computer which is running pidgin.
