 Pidgin on Windows 7 used to connect to the MSN network (used predominantly
 for Windows Live Messenger) will occaisonally result in messages bouncing
 with switchboard errors or timeouts, however messages sent to a Pidgin
 user on Windows 7 with the workstation locked will almost ''always''
 result in bounces with timeouts.

 The bug doesn't seem to affect other networks (I've tried with Y!
 messenger and XMPP/Gtalk), nor other clients.  It is most pronounced when
 both users are using pidgin, however users of Windows Live Messenger will
 also receive error messages when sending messages to a Pidgin user on
 Windows 7 where the workstation is locked.
