 Would it be possible to have pidgin icon in tray blinking / changing color
 from green to orange when receiving an email on any of the accounts ?.
 This would be similar to what it does when someone writes to us in a chat
 window.
 This would be in addition to the current notification stating "X new
 mails" that we have write below main menu.
