 I don't think this is a problem with Pidgin, but I could easily be wrong.
 So, I guess this is the most appropriate place to report it.  (No plugin
 is to blame.)

 I'm receiving database entries from three offline MySpaceIM friends, in a
 format similar to Web cookies but delimited by a character represented as
 a box with four characters inside:

 00
 1C

 Here's a sample entry with all values replaced with "foo" (but I don't see
 the boxes in the text area):

 DateTime=fooEventType=fooHasMood=fooMoodID=fooMoodName=fooMoodPictureName=fooMoodPictureURL=fooMoodUpdateOrigin=fooStatusText=fooTarget=fooTargetID=fooUpdateDate=fooUserID=foo
