 It seems to be just luck if the Conversation/Media/ options aren't greyed
 out.  I see no pattern to it at all (like, if the other side supports it.
 I can even accept incoming audio calls just fine from people who show it
 greyed out for me to initiate.)    It might be a coincidence but before i
 installed 'gstreamer plugins bad multiverse' it would come up sometimes,
 haphazardly, but now I can't get it to show at all, even with a restart of
 pidgin.
