 I'm not sure if this is an issue with Yahoo servers or with Pidgin, but
 ... anyway : [[BR]]

 For some time, Yahoo buddy icons (avatars) started working randomly.
 Tested on 2.6.3 on linux and 2.6.3 and 4 on windows.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Steps : log in, select a buddy icon (for myself). (either change existing,
 or add new). The debug window shows this :

 Having myself in the list shows that the icon does not become visible.
 Never.
 Tried with partners with Yahoo 8 and 9, they gave me mixed reports.
 Sometimes they see my avatar in the list, but is not available in the
 conversation window, other times (most often) no image is present.
