 If what you're requesting is that Pidgin provide the union of all possible
 smilies from all protocols, that's something that we will not do (and
 don't plan on doing).  Third-party smiley themes mean that anyone else is
 able to do this, and someone kindly pointed out that
 http://wiki.andreineculau.com/Original_Smileys_Theme_for_Pidgin may be of
 interest to you if this is the case.
