 File transfer does not start when receiver  does not have a public IP
 address.

 If receiver has internal ip address 10.0.0.1 (receiver ip determined using
 'Get Info'), sender is trying to establish a connection for file transfer
 to internal ip address 10.0.0.1 and not to public IP (using netstat to
 observe this behavior).

 I use 'Get Info' for viewing ip addresses and for some buddy is find  as
 ip address value 255.255.255.128 and is trying to establish a conection
 with that address.
