 In gevolution plugin, there are two malfunctioning "Group" selectors - one
 in "Add Buddy" window and one in "New Person Dialog".

 Only Up and Down arrows of the selector are displayed and clicking them
 opens the options list in top-left corner of screen logging something
 along the lines of: "gdk_window_get_root_coords: assertion
 GDK_IS_WINDOW(window) failed".

 Checking with "parasite" and source, it seems that the GtkEntry widget
 that is packed into the GtKCombo list of options never gets shown.
