 Given that you said previously "I have none plugins enabled", but now you
 have the evolution integration plugin enabled, let's start over...

 What plugins do you have enabled?  Please disable the evolution
 integration plugin.  After doing so, please describe the exact problems
 occurring, how to reproduce them, and provide a debug log.

 It's basically impossible to diagnose multiple simultaneous problems with
 the same symptoms, so let's concentrate on one at a time, starting with
 the evolution integration plugin ''disabled''.
