 Hello! I'm using Pidgin 2.6.4 for Win32, which is supposed to use MSNP15
 or above for the protocol MSN and is supposed to support offline messages,
 but when I try to send one, I receive the following error:

 ''Message was not sent because the system is unavailable. This normally
 happens when the user is blocked or does not exist.''

 The problem is that the contact DOES exist and is not blocked.

 I would like to know if it's a program issue or a server issue...
