#10918: progress bar not showed when the dl window is in background

 I just noticed today that when a friend send me a file (was through msn),
 the progress bar is not displayed when the download window does not have
 the focus.
 If I click on it to give it the focus bar, then the bar is well displayed.

 I took a little screenshot of it, see attached.
